Big Brand Tire & Service

Do not waste your time or money here. I brought in my 2004 Toyota 4Runner to have a misfire diagnosed. They tried to quote me $933 for a repair job that ultimately took us 30 minutes to do ourselves for only $140 total at AutoZone, which covered the new ignition coil, spark plug, dielectric grease, a spark plug ratchet, a spark plug socket, and a 10-piece deep socket set. When my boyfriend and I asked why the estimate was so astronomically high after researching average part costs, the staff became rude and dismissive. They couldn’t provide a clear or honest explanation and kept giving us conflicting information from different employees. To make matters worse, they don't even send you a new estimate they just quietly tack it onto the diagnostic fee without any communication that the bill was updated. On top of all that, they assured us they put everything back correctly after testing, but they didn't. They swapped the coils on cylinders 2 and 3 during diagnostic testing and left them completely mixed up. That added another 30 min to it. As a 23 yr old woman, it felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of someone they assumed wouldn't know any better or do their own research. P

Talk about incredible service! I broke down near this tire shop on a 100-degree day, and Alfred helped me immediately. They changed my tire over to the donut right then and didn’t charge me a thing. He also took the time to explain my options for when I come back to replace it. I hadn’t changed a tire in about 15 years and was curious whether I would even remember what to do. Joe was gracious enough to show me where everything was and give me a full refresher on how to change it myself, just in case I hadn’t been lucky enough to break down nearby. They took what could have been a miserable, stressful situation and turned it into such a positive experience. Truly above-and-beyond customer service, and I will absolutely be back!

They are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and extremely caring. I went in for an oil change, had unexpected car trouble on the way, all my lights on my dash came on.. Thank goodness I made it to the shop! I needed much more than an oil change and they diagnosed it all in a very efficient manner that morning. Unexpected repairs are not always affordable, there is financing, if needed. They had my car done the same day before the end of the day. Not always the case for all, I know. My experience was great despite having to spend way more money than I originally planned, I’m at least able to continue driving my car. Very happy 😊

These guys are amazing! I came in to get an alignment and my tires rotated the day I needed to leave for a road trip and it turned out that there was structural damage on one of my tires. Jessie was amazing and helped me coordinate conversations with my husband via phone and get us a great set of tires immediately. They even pulled my car back in to swap the donut with one of our previous tires after they had finished the job!

I love this place. They're so convenient and helpful. Got a full set of all-weather tires from here 2 years ago. They've done well anytime I've gotten a flat they have got me in quick and fixed it at no cost. The service is great. They have a very comfortable waiting room. Their communication is great. Staff is very friendly.
